Common reasons for a drop

- The supplier used basic accounts, which are more likely to be removed
- You changed the username, link or privacy setting during or after the order
- The post was edited, archived or deleted
How much drop is normal?
It depends on the row. Basic options can lose a large part within weeks. Better rows lose little. If the row has no refill and the price is very low, plan for some drop.

Frequently asked questions
Will the subscribers drop later?
Some options lose a part of the count over weeks, mainly the cheaper ones. Rows marked with a refill period let you request a top-up from your order page if the number falls within that window.
What link should I paste?
Check that the account or post is public before ordering.
What happens if my order does not complete?
If an order is cancelled or only partly delivered, the amount for the undelivered part returns to your wallet automatically. You will see it in your wallet history.
Can I cancel an order?
Only if the option shows a cancel button on your orders page and the order has not completed. Cancelled orders refund the undelivered part to your wallet.
