How UPI payment works here
- Open Add FundsEnter an amount of ₹100 or more.
- Pay in your UPI appYou are taken to the payment page, where you can choose PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM or another UPI app.
- Come backWhen the payment confirms, your wallet balance updates automatically.
- Place ordersOrders are deducted from the wallet. You can place as many as the balance allows.
Good to know
Your UPI app or bank may have a daily limit, often ₹1 lakh. If a payment fails but your bank shows a debit, it is normally reversed by the bank within a few days; contact support with the reference and we will check on our side too.
Money added to the wallet is not refundable. Orders that are cancelled or only partly delivered are refunded to the wallet.

Do I need a bank account in my name?
UPI works from any bank account linked to your UPI app, in your name.
Is there a limit per top-up?
The minimum is ₹100. The maximum for a single top-up is shown on the Add Funds page.
