We collect as little as we need to run your account.
What we collect
Your email, an optional name, a hashed password, your order links and quantities, wallet and payment records, and basic technical logs such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
To run your account, process orders, prevent fraud, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data.
Payments
UPI payments are handled by our payment partner. We do not see or store your bank or UPI credentials, only the status and reference of the payment.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and a security cookie token for forms. If analytics is enabled, it may set its own cookies.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your account and associated data by writing from the Contact page, except for records we must keep for payments and fraud prevention.
