Terms of Service
By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. The service
SMMadda lets you order social media marketing services and pays an upstream supplier to deliver them. Delivery times and results depend on the platform and the supplier and are not guaranteed.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password safe. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt fraud, or place orders for illegal content.
3. Orders
You must provide a correct, public link. Orders on private or wrong links may fail or be lost, and we cannot refund a completed order delivered to the link you provided. Do not place two orders for the same link at the same time.
4. Wallet and payments
Payments are made by UPI through our payment partner and credited to your wallet. Money in the wallet is not refundable (see the Refund Policy). Orders that are cancelled, fail, or are only partly delivered are credited back to the wallet for the undelivered amount.
5. No guarantee of results
Followers, likes and similar services can change over time as platforms update their systems. Refill, where offered, applies only for the period and conditions stated on the service.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for illegal content, hate, harassment, or to violate someone's rights. You are responsible for following the rules of the platform you order for.
7. Changes
Prices and services can change without notice. We may update these terms and the new version applies once published here.
