Refill is the safety net for followers and likes that drop. This guide explains the periods, the limits and the steps.

Refill periods you will see

- 60 or 90 days: for a profile you will use for a season
- 365 days: for a long-term profile
- Lifetime: as long as the supplier runs the service
Requesting a refill
- Wait for CompletedThe order must be finished.
- Open OrdersFind the order and look for the Refill button.
- Press RefillThe request goes to the supplier.
- Check again laterTop-ups take a few hours to a couple of days.
When refill does not apply
It does not cover changes you made yourself, like switching to private, changing the username or deleting the post. It also cannot be used when the guarantee period has ended or when the row is marked no refill.
Frequently asked questions
How many times can I refill?
During the period, you can usually request once a day. Each request restores whatever is missing.
